The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Government is all set to take another welfare initiative under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. 

Amit Shah, the Union Home Minister, on the 21st of January, addressed a virtual public meeting in Shilaj, Ahmedabad.

Mr. Shah during the public dedication said, “

“The way in which our BJP Government is undertaking housing projects in the country in rural as well as urban areas, I have full assurance that by August 15, 2022 everyone in the country will be facilitated with a house to live in. The Narendra Modi government has provided more than 10 crore [units of]affordable housing.”

Amit Shah said, “More than 13 crore poor families were provided with gas cylinders under the Ujjwala scheme by our PM Narendra Modi…Our Government has provided electricity to all the villages in the country and now we are working towards providing water connectivity to every household in the country by 2022. I have full faith that by the time the BJP will contest the next Lok Sabha elections, there won’t be a single house in the country devoid of water connectivity.”

The virtual dedication was of overbridge on the railway track at Thaltej- Shilaj area in Ahmedabad.

The event was attended by the Deputy Chief Minister of Gujarat Nitin Patel was present at the site.

Confident about the PM Modi led Central Government, Mr. Shah said Prime Minister Narendra Modi took a decision to free around one lakh railway crossings in the Country. Under the same, the Central Government took up the works to have overbridges or under Bridges at these places with fifty fifty cost sharing with the state governments.

Mr. Shah said, “The railways has also decided to do away with unmanned railway crossings in the country and by 2022, there won’t be a single unmanned railway crossing in the country.”

In addition, during the inauguration event, Mr. Shah praised India for its economic stability during the pandemic illness of the Novel Coronavirus.

Mr. Shah said, “Economies of all countries in the world were affected due to the coronavirus. But, the world is surprised and watching the V-shaped recovery of the Indian economy.”

Amit Shah also applauded the efforts of Mr. Modi led Central Government for the better infrastructure and development projects.

In the past 6 years, the Modi led Government launched several projects related to the Nation’s development.
